After your purchase:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with access to your private study.

Inside, you’ll choose your session time and complete your session outline.

When it’s time to meet, you’ll return to your private study to access the link for our session.
Afterward, your session recording—if you choose to record—our shared notes and any guided audio or complementary resources used to support your process will be added to your private study.
A few days after our session, you’ll be invited to complete a brief integration reflection. This is an opportunity to notice what has continued unfolding, name what feels clearer and reconnect with the direction or next step that emerged.
After you submit your reflection, I’ll add a personalized voice note to your private study with my final reflections and guidance. This contained integration touchpoint completes our work within BEYOND while giving the experience time to settle beyond the session itself.
Many clients find that returning to their recording, reflections and resources deepens the work as new layers of clarity and integration emerge over time.
