The Be Inspired session is less about doing and more about receiving to elevate your state of being.

You may come seeking spiritual reorientation.
You may come simply to rest in the field.
You may come because your soul misses the resonance of sacred space.

However you arrive, this session meets you there.

The Essence of This Session

Be Inspired is a devotional space of energetic holding.
A field where your system can soften, open, and remember itself.

Many people describe the experience as:

• An energetic cocoon
• A deep nervous system exhale
• Feeling seen without needing to speak
• Returning to a sense of inner light and coherence

This is not coaching.
It is presence.
Resonance.
Restoration.

However, if you're ready to dive in deep or unsure if this session is for you, let's begin with an Invitation Call.

This is a gentle conversation where you can share what you’re moving through and what you’re seeking. I listen, ask a few attuned questions, and then let you know honestly whether I feel aligned to support you—and how I sense our work together might unfold.

This is not a sales call.
It’s a moment of mutual discernment.
It protects your energy, my energy and the integrity of the work.

Session Flow

While each session unfolds uniquely, the structure is gentle and consistent:

• 15-minute Welcome Ritual (live on Zoom, recorded)
  We connect, attune, and you choose how you’d like your session to close (live throughout, set return time, or open-ended).

• 60-minute energetically held session (remote or live)
  You’ll be supported by a guided audio with progressive relaxation and delta-wave soundscape while I hold a steady field of unconditional Love and presence.

• 15+ minute Closing Connection (Zoom)
  When you return, we gently close the space and share reflections if desired.

The remote energy work and open-ended completion allows you to remain in the sacred space as long as you wish.

This session is best suited for those who:

• You’re already familiar with my sacred or energetic spaces
• You value subtle, attuned work over structure or talking
• You want to receive rather than process
• You’re craving connection, recalibration and spiritual nourishment
• You simply want to rest inside a field of Love and be inspired again

Integration & Aftercare

This work can be deeply restorative.
You may feel calm, open, emotional, clear or feel the need to sleep afterward.

I strongly encourage leaving space after your session — even a few hours if possible — to rest, hydrate, and allow your system to integrate gently.

Upon purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to your private portal where you can begin preparing for our work together. Inside, you’ll find:

Scheduling

After purchase, you’ll receive access to your private portal where you can book your session directly within the experience. Availability is intentionally limited.
